Nathan Amerberg attended University of California, Irvine for his bachelor of Science in Political Science and then continued his education at Southwestern University School of Law in California. While attending Southwestern University School of Law he received the College of Law Distinguished Student Award. He then was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 2002. He has had experience in both the professional and volunteer fields of law practice. He volunteered through the early 2000’s as an attorney for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. Through both his volunteer and professional career he has continued to receive accolades of praise from previous law offices and volunteer partnerships. He has worked with a variety of case types, and has extensive knowledge of the California legal system.

He volunteered and worked all throughout his college education years. Nathan was a law clerk for the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, California. While there he assisted clients with evictions, DMV hearings, government benefits and elder abuse claims. In 2002, after passing the California State Bar, Nathan became a full litigation attorney at Bleau, Fox & Fong, LLP in Los Angeles, California. He was responsible for preparing motions, demurrers, summary judgments, mediation and arbitration briefs. He worked extensively on all types of civil litigation matters while at their firm. Shortly after his litigation work in Los Angeles, Nathan took on the position of President and Associate Counsel of Omega Transportation. Through working as a legal counsel at the major transportation company he gained useful knowledge of the claim operations. He was responsible for analyzing, researching, and taking position on liability decisions. He managed to settle claims efficiently which in turn reduced the need for further litigation. Thus saving his company and those involved time and expenses. After working for Omega Transportation Company, Nathan moved on to open his own firm and continue to help injured victims.

As one can see, by his list of versatile legal experience we at Amerberg Law Group are so fortunate to have Nathan as a member of our experienced legal team. Through his extensive list of experience and volunteerism, we believe that he is a tremendous asset to our firm and the local community.
